How We Research
The source hierarchy, claim checks, pricing rules, and limitations behind Ghost Dev Stack pages.
Source hierarchy
- Official documentation for digital platforms and product behavior.
- A business’s official website for what that business advertises, where it says it serves, and how the public can contact it.
- Authoritative registries or professional organizations for a specific credential when a check is useful and available.
- Secondary sources for context, not as a substitute for an official service description.
Claim handling
“The business says” and “we independently verified” are different statements. We avoid inferring ownership, quality, licensing, insurance, availability, or service coverage from silence. A public website can support what a business represents; it does not prove every marketing statement.
Pricing
When we publish a price, we record the observation date, service or unit, inclusions, exclusions, and conditions visible at the source. Starting prices and package prices are labeled. A handful of unlike offers does not establish a local average.
Limitations
Web pages change, availability varies, and a profile is not firsthand testing. Readers should confirm current scope, price, timing, insurance, permits, and terms directly before hiring.
