Ownership and agency relationship
Ghost Dev Stack is published by Timothy Weir, who is associated with Spectre Stacks, a digital agency. The editorial property is separate from the agency website, but that separation does not make it unaffiliated.
Business relationships
When a profiled business has a known relationship with Spectre Stacks, the profile carries a specific disclosure. If current versus former status is not confirmed, the disclosure describes only the supported historical relationship. Relationship-linked businesses do not receive guaranteed inclusion, preferred order, or an undisclosed scoring advantage.
Sponsorships and affiliates
Phase 1 contains no sponsored rankings or affiliate placements. If sponsorship or affiliate links are introduced later, they must be visibly labeled near the relevant content and must not quietly change editorial ordering.
Directory order
Profiles are listed alphabetically inside selected categories. Inclusion reflects documented relevance and sufficient evidence, not a rating or award.
